Opening your heart and home as a foster is the opportunity to give another chance at life to a dog that may be on death row (at a high kill shelter) or come from an abused background. None of these dogs chose their original owner, but having the chance you choose them to foster could change the rest of their life - to live as a normal, happy, loved dog.
